In early June 2024, our company’s after-sales team helped such a customer online. This customer purchased this QT12 machine from a certain brand supplier in 2019. The equipment was used in a certain area of Oman. There were problems during operation. The customer could not find the after-sales team of the brand. By chance, this customer found our company’s salesperson and asked if we could help his machine solve the operation problem.
Our company’s sales staff immediately contacted our after-sales staff and after-sales engineers to inform the customer’s basic information and the general problems faced at the time. Our company’s after-sales team learned through in-depth online communication with the customer that after the customer’s machine changed the mold, the upper mold could not be inserted into the mold when the machine was running in automatic mode, and the automatic cycle could not be completed. In response to this problem reported by the customer, our after-sales engineers and after-sales staff conducted online rapid technical guidance, provided customers with corresponding solutions, and quickly helped customers solve this equipment that was not purchased from our company.
